I love living in Laporte. The property here feels safe, private, green and clean - a bit of a rural feel yet 12 minutes from the heart of Fort Collins Old Town. It is truly the best of both worlds. Quiet, exquisite views of foothills, elbow room space between properties. Can hear the roosters in the morning, the horses on near land yet enjoy the culture of college town and city lights and breweries in Fort Collins. . . and bike paths that lead to coffee houses riddled throughout.
