Telluride/Mountain Village is a planned community that turned into a home rule town. The most magnificant vistas and wonderful outdoor recreation. Skiing, snowboarding, snoeshoeing, snowmobiling in the winter and hiking, fishing, golf in the summer. The weather is great and there are no bugs, mosquitos, snakes, etc. No need for air conditioning.
