Too Expensive - 8/5/2023
The article states this place is affordable. That is either an ignorant statement or a lie. The place is 5 stars no doubt. So much to offer. But as a place to live, assuming your bank account is less than 7 figures, it's becoming more difficult each year. Employee housing is improving, but if you're in middle management or older, the employee college dorm style of living probably isn't for you. Bottom line, if you're young and adventurous, get a job that offers employee housing and see how you enjoy 9 months of winter each year. Personally, I think the weather is great, I don't mind over 300 inches of snow per year. At least. This year was closer to 400 inches. Been here 10 years and can't afford it Read More

How can you bat an eye at the ability to go outside and play in the Mountains everyday of the year? In the winter you can ski, board, snowmobile, snowbike, snowshoe, nordic or just sit by the fire and watch the snowflakes fall.
