Hamden, Connecticut is a small town located in the New Haven County of Connecticut. It is known for its rural atmosphere and natural beauty, providing a great and peaceful environment to live in. The town offers numerous activities for tourists and residents alike, ranging from outdoor activities like hiking, biking, fishing and camping, to shopping centers and local restaurants. Hamden is also home to the world-renowned Quinnipiac University.
As far as reviews go, the majority of people who have visited or lived in Hamden seem to be very satisfied with their experience. People find the area quiet with plenty of open space to enjoy the outdoors without feeling overwhelmed by city life. There are plenty of attractions in the area that provide entertainment and leisure options for everyone with different interests. Additionally, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and other amenities within walking distance making it easily accessible for people looking for an enjoyable day out. Overall, Hamden is said to be a great place to live or visit!

Sounds like this is a great city . Change and Diversity are both good and are what makes America what it is today. Prior to having committed to relocating, perhaps you should have did a thorough check of demographics as well as any other concerns ...political, ethnic/social, religious, educational etc. that you knew were of importance to you. It is a peaceful town, friendly people, lots of green (it has many parks), close to University of Quinipiac. We leave a block away from down town so we can not complain about confort when it comes to finding near by restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, coffie shops, etc.. We have been living in Hamden for two years and it will sad to leave it, but my job requires to relocate in Taunton, Ma. no later than first month of next year so it is a must.
