Out of Control Taxes - 8/11/2008
Southbury used to be an affordable small town to live in. In just the last 7 years property taxes have risen almost 70%. Many people who could easily afford to live here a decade ago are having real difficulty affording the taxes today. The local government can't spend the money fast enough.
