WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!! BE AWARE - 5/19/2009
Vernon is east of the city of Hartford, which have nothing to offer. if you like asian food or other ethnic food, you can't find much around here.NO asian grocery . you can find very little korean store and indian store in east hartford.too expensive for apartment. i live in hillside apartment.don't come to live.$820 for 1 bed/1bath. Not even like apartment.it like hotel room. Very noisy, and nasty place,,,you can hear everything from above, and under. The smell is horrible in the hall way and it's apartment. If you were to live around here find other place to rent. the staff are very friendly first you look at the aparment.but after you sign the lease, you are no longer their customers. They will treat you unpleasant after they got your money. Be aware. There is nothing nice about this area, you look at everywhere there is nothing at all. We lived almost everywhere in the US, been to MN, MI, IL, WI, MO, NC, VA, SC, TX, MS, GA, AL, LA, MD, PA, IN, even NM there were no problems, but Read More
