Perfect Hometown to Settle Down in Central FL - 3/29/2018
I have offices in Orlando and Tampa Bay and was looking for a community in between that was easy access to I4 to commute. Auburndale, FL was the perfect fit! You can get sooo much more home and land for your dollar. Great median home prices, beautiful country views, never any traffic and the ideal hometown feel I was looking for in a community. After living in large metro cities for years... this was a huge difference for us. Love the weather and smell of orange blossoms in the winter and the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the farm lands and lakes in the summer. The quaint Downtown offers a combination of restaurants, small businesses, shoppes and a fantastic playground for all ages. Just 15 minutes away from Lakeland, Winter Haven and many other small cities as well. Read More
