This is one of the ABSOLUTE WORST areas to go!! - 6/21/2017
As a longtime homeowner 33 years in Lee Co who was in Law Enforcement for a long time Charleston Park in Lee Co is one of the worst areas in this part of the state...Crime involving heavy drug trade has always been an issue but you will rarely if ever hear about it on the news because that's bad for the tourist trade...It was originally set up for migrant workers and slowly became a tiny self contained crime kingdom...Police dreaded calls out there at night and alot of the criminal activity goes unreported....Very few residents of Lee Co even know Charleston Park exists!!! And telling folks to check it out it's a great place to be is a blatant lie and misrepresentation!!! It could be a dangerous situation to send the innocent unwary home shopper to this place looking for a housing deal in SW Fla....The houses and I use that term very loosely aren't worth 10 K much less 200K....I hate dishonest advertising and I guarantee the company posting the ad has ever been within 50 miles of
