The very low crime rate makes it very desirable for us to raise our family. The library has great story hours and lots of children's books, and an easy computerized system. We were lucky enough to be able to buy our new home last year, but otherwise it's very hard to afford anything here. Tiny mobile homes go for at least $260,000. And that's being conservative. A decent sized home (2,000 sq. ft.) goes for $500,000 or more, depending on when it's built, the neighborhood or if it's next to the water.
