Overvalued, overprices housing - 12/20/2006
The housing is unaffordable for the regular guy. Overpriced and overvalued! If you do buy a house, tack on allot of extra money for property tax and insurance. It's hard to find insurance on houses built before 2001 because that is when they started building them to hurricane code. You have to beg insurance companies to rape you of all of your money here.
