Great Place to Live!!! - 3/14/2007
I've lived in Samsula for over 18 years and have enjoyed this ideal location. 20 minutes or less will take you to either Port Orange or the New Smyrna Beaches and just 30 minutes to the "World's Most Famous Beach...DAYTONA". Samsula is a rural area but is quickly growing. I said it was an ideal location because we live so close to TONS of cities and yet we enjoy the country atmosphere that is uniquely "SAMSULA". It's 15 minutes to shopping, restaurants and movies in Port Orange or New Smyrna Beach. 20 minutes to Daytona's Mall and restaurants. We have 3 Malls to choose from and they are only within 20-40 minutes from my home. Also, we can be to the Orlando Airport in an hour and to most of the attractions such as Sea World, Disney, Universal and MGM Studios in 1 1/2 hours. Located between I-4 and I-95 it is easy and fast to go north to St. Augustine or south to Titusville's Kennedy Space Center.
