Sebastian is a great place to live we have lived in 11 locations from N.C to Texas, Kansas, Chicago, Michigan etc and nothing compares.
Theres always something to do and the only draw back is the bugs in the summer months, we have more than our fair share of no see'ums.

I tend to agree with Sharon, however, I've been in the county for 20+ years, 12 of which are in Sebastian. Its expensive, but worth the cost considering the alternatives. Sebastain is truely a small town and worth the time to visit or consider residing in.
