Great City, Love It! - 3/24/2006
I currently live in a neighorborhood known as Palencia, which is about 25 minutes outside of Jacksonville and about 10 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine I simply love it. The community is safe and clean, great for relaxing and keeping in shape, the property values are steady, a bargain, and very secure. If your looking for a great place to retire or just avoiding the hassle of a big city then pack your bags and come on down.
