What BestPlaces Users Say about Moreland

BestPlaces.net is a popular website that provides ratings and reviews from users about different cities in the United States. One of the cities featured on the site is Moreland, Idaho. This small town has a population of approximately 1,000 and is located in Southeastern Idaho. It boasts a quiet and peaceful lifestyle, beautiful scenery, and a tight-knit community. However, like any other place, it has its pros and cons. Let's take a look at what some users have to say about living in Moreland.

1. In a review titled "Small-Town Living at Its Finest," user named JohnD shared, "Living in Moreland has been a breath of fresh air for me. It's a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and looks out for one another. The scenery is stunning, and the pace of life is much slower compared to the city I used to live in. It's a great place to raise a family and enjoy the simple things in life."

2. Another user, WillaB, wrote, "I moved to Moreland a few years ago for work, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. This town may be small, but it has so much charm. The people are friendly and welcoming, and I've made some great friends here. The cost of living is also very affordable, and I love being surrounded by nature."

3. However, not all reviews are positive. In a review titled "Lack of Amenities," user SarahJ expressed, "I've been living in Moreland for a few months now, and I have to say, it's not the best place for me. There are very limited amenities here, and I often have to drive to the neighboring town for basic things like groceries or a decent restaurant. It can also get quite boring, especially if you're used to city life."

4. Lastly, user DavidM shared, "I grew up in Moreland and have lived here my whole life. It's a beautiful and peaceful town, but it does have its drawbacks. The job market is very limited, and most young people end up moving away for better opportunities. It's also not the most diverse place, so if that's important to you, you might want to consider other options."

Overall, it's clear that Moreland has its charms and drawbacks, just like any other place. It offers a quiet and close-knit community, but it may not be the best fit for everyone, especially those looking for more amenities and job opportunities. Ultimately, it's important to do thorough research and visit the town before deciding to make Moreland your home.

A nice place to raise a family. - 5/23/2022
I've been here for 7 years and it's been a wonderful place for my family, no crime to speak of, quite calm slow pace type of town. Just a few miles from Blackfoot and 15 minutes from Pocatello.  Read More
