If you enjoy crime, pollution , rats, unemployment, corruption, overcrowded schools and subpar city services bad streets and alleys then by all means stay or move in. The City of Blue Island is near insolvency and seems to be in steady decline from poor government management and a puppet dictatorship nightmare! The remaining positives are disappearing
