A nice place to live - 8/16/2007
I have been living in Broadview since 2005. It is such a convienient suburb. It's close to everything. I am surprised that more people aren't trying to move there. The neighborhood is mostly African American but a mixture of races is seen throughout Broadview. It is just such a pleasant place to live. It is one of the up and coming areas due to the closeness of the city, convienience (shopping center in Broadview square, Interstate 290 less than 2 minutes away)and still the wonderful suburban feel.
