student teacher ratio - 2/18/2009
That number seems a little off. I am a teacher in Cicero and I don't know any teacher in my building that has 21 students or less. In fact some rooms are at full capacity with 39 students. I have 24 and my room is a bilingual classroom , which by law must be smaller than the average English Instruction
