Good urban community - 9/25/2021
I've been living here about 3 years. When I moved houses were reasonably priced, now with Covid the prices have gone way up so it's now less affordable. It's close to Chicago and everything you would ever need. Most of my neighbors are pretty friendly. The streets are clean. There's a quite a few scumbags around the area as you would expect with any urban environment. Overall it's a pretty good urban area to live in. I deducted a star because of Illinois taxes rather than an EP specific issue. And took off another star because I thought the area was up and coming when I moved but now I think theres more scumbags around than there was when I moved. Again that's probably more a society problem than EP specific.
