Freeburg is a very small town near Belleville. Much of what is needed can be purchased in Belleville or nearby St. Louis which is very handy (the good). On the other hand, old timers find it difficult to accept newbys. Also, much of the land under Freeburg has been mined (coal) which may cause subsidence.
