Low Crime, But Drug Issues - 2/24/2007
Marseilles is a good small town to live in. There is little crime, but not much for the kids to do out here. Because of that, I am sad to say that heroin is a problem in this community and the surronding towns. Kids have nothing to do with their spare time so some of the kids turn to drugs.
