Raised our family here and lived here for 33 years. It was a first-rate experience all the way. A great suburb northwest of the great city of Chicago. Population about 56,000. The great majority of people living in Mt. Prospect are God-fearing, hardworking citizens who care for their community. There is a very good moral spirit here. The village government is responsive to the needs of the citizens and provides good government and services for the most part. We have some of the best schools in the state.
