South whitley isn't for minorities - 1/9/2019
I have resided in whitley county for several months ,I have spent time with friends and family In S whitley. I have found some racism and discrimination In s whitley. Some businesses are very biased , Utilities are city based, unclean water that contains parasites , Heavy contaminates , Many health and building violations.
Some families need help with the exaggerated utilities , S Whitley has no payment plans for utilities making it hard for low income families to maintain affordable housing. Most of the rental property Is ran by Slumlords That intimidates their renters. Moldy places of businesses, Moldy and deteriorating structures owed by family member of Janet Howard Clerk-Treasurer goes unnoticed. Many kinds of Corruption has been seen in many of the cities budgets and hiding the actual numbers of dollars between the grants and extra taxes imposed on it's city population.
