Windfall is a ggreat place to raise your family. It is quiet. Your neighbors are friendly. It is so small that everyone knows everyone. Your children are safe. They attend Tri-Central schools, which is an outstanding school. The Rascal Flatt's song, "Mayberry", should be titled
