Burlington iowa is a great historical town it's a great place to live if you make atlest 37 to 40 dollers an hour but if your on a fixed income of less then a 1000 dollers find somewhere else unless you want to live in a apartment complex Thats based on income aka crime riddin areas otherwise most of Burlington iowa is a polish job take old crap building make them look good aka paid off inspections and dirty cops but take what you want from this review im just a person who lives here and sees alot
