Quiet cheap living - 10/14/2010
Clarence is a nice clean small town. There is a small eatery, a Caseys general store and a bar. Not much else. Housing is cheap and for $100,000 you can buy a lot of house on a big lot. You are centrally located between Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and the Quad Cities with all of them being within a 45min drive. Lived her about 10
