I've lived in Great Bend my entire life. Most small towns struggle with new businesses and industry. But life is what you make it. We have excellent schools and a low crime rate. I would encourage people especially graduates of GBHS to give Great Bend a chance as a future home. Once a panther always a panther.

On the positive side, Great Bend boasts inexpensive housing, small town living, a low crime rate, and a sky that you can see forever.
