Best place in rural Kansas - 2/6/2022
I live in Harper and I love it! The community is awesome, supportive of each other, people are very friendly. Beautiful rural life within driving distance to all major shops and nice restaurants. Gold course and lake nearby. Great pizza and family restaurant in town. People have pets. All kind of events organized throughout the year. Town swimming pool. Very safe. Great
