VERY small cliquish town. NOT Mayberry. Don't expect to feel at home here. I had to live in this city for 7 years and would still get the stink eye whenever I visited the local grocery store, hardware store, restaurant, etc. Overall, locals do not go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Unleashed dogs roam the streets and accost you when trying to walk your own on a leash. If you want to feel part of your community, look somewhere else. If you are looking for cultural experiences, there is a quasi train museum that is open by appointment only. On the plus side, the crime rate is low. Might have something to do with the fact that there is nothing of value to steal. Thrilled to finally be leaving.

Multi-year sentence working for a manufacturer -- corrupt little town in the dried up heart of Brownbackistan. Residents are unsociable especially if you've come to work for the main employer. Low crime, but then again, not much to steal. High property taxes. No future due to the collapse of manufacturing and farm economy.
