Low Cost of Living, Friendly People, Close to Cinc - 8/22/2009
I love living in Northern KY, especially the city of Union. Real estate is very inexpensive, you can get a lot of house for your money or get a smaller house in a great neighborhood for $150-$180K. I live in a 3 level condo with a 1 car garage, about 1800 SQ FT, in a golf course community with million dollar homes. I paid $160K. Plus you are only 20-25 minutes from Cincinnati with all kinds of restaurants, museums and the Aronoff theater. People are very friendly and it's easy to meet new people.
