Truth speaks LOUDER THAN MONEY - 1/17/2020
Franklinton Louisiana is the worst place to live in the entire state. There are too many racist people in KKK membersthe people are poor and they discriminate each other there's too many drugs in the town and the cops are all connected in the Republican families that frame people to place you in jail the court system is evil majority of the time illegal to racketeer off of your money. There are no jobs in the city unless you're in connected with some type of family. The streets are dirty and everybody is miserable they all hide inside I cannot believe the racism in this town. The people look dirty as well there's no one here that is nice I would never mess with the women in this town because they sleep with too many people that they do not know the disease infested city is a horrible place to raise your children for relationship status it is by far the worst city that I have ever lived in. Everyone looks at you like you are dumb and they try to make you feel like you are out of place Read More

Franklinton Louisiana is a very nice place to live, however, many of the older, lifelong residents refuse to allow the area to grow. Stores are closing, Dairies are closing, there are several abandoned business buildings in town. This has been brought about by the stubborness of the older folk resisting change. Franklinton can remain a good place to live and raise a family but, more businesses and job opportunitys HAVE to be brought in to sustain life here. A super wal mart is needed, at this time residents spend their tax dollars in other communities where we see none of the tax money returned to Franklinton. Archaic alcohol laws are in effect causing an additional drain on the tax base to other localities, businesses such as APPLEBEES will not open here as long as they cannot sell alcolholic beverages. All of the above take tax money and contribute to the decline of Franklinton and Washington parish as a whole.....God Help Us Read More
