If you think the unemployment rate in houlton is 6%, you're COMPLETELY INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who has ever lived in Houlton and tried to get a job here, knows that you need to apply to every single place in town in order to even get 1 call for an interview and sometimes you don't even get that.
