Auburn is a nice town but a busy place. The growth in Auburn has been extreme in the past 20 years. You can do anything in Auburn you can think of within a few miles. This town has become somewhat city-like. Finding land to build on in Auburn is close to impossible. Auburn School system is great but FULL. A new high school which is beautiful but the middle school and elementary schools are overloaded with students. Town roads need work. All public beaches are closed due to lack of up-keep which is just to bad. Cost of homes is average to high in comparison to other area's in the state.
