Taxes - 12/21/2006
As the first town going out to Cape Cod, its a great place to live. Prices of homes are basically that same as surrounding towns. Falmouth tends to be a little pricier, but has its more affordable areas. I.e. East Falmouth (Not the nicest area, but not bad) Sandwich homes are comparatively priced, but the taxes are considerably higher. Beware if looking to buy in Sandwich. Boure's taxes aren't too bad, plus we have garbage and recycling pickup included in your taxes. A bonus in my eyes. Overall, its been a great place to live and Read More
