Wilmington is GREAT! - 5/6/2021
Wilmington is a great town in which I was born and raised. People are very welcoming. Wilmington is rich in history, which includes the Harnden Tavern built in 1770. The Harnden Tavern is the town museum, and "was used as a station on the Underground Railroad prior to the Civil War." Wilmington is a small and growing town 15 minutes north of Boston, so great colleges and universities, and state of the art healthcare. There's 2 commuter trains that go to Boston, but no buses. Do you love pizza and Dunkin Donuts? There's plenty of those. Lol. The only con is that It's expensive to live in Wilmington. The average house price is $550,000 - $650,000, but I've seen it as high as $900,000. For a 1 bedroom apartment will be approx. $2,000 per month.
