Crummy schools, lots of drugs, not a recommended t - 8/31/2009
I've been here since 1993 and have been trying to escape ever since. Be smart, don't move here. Davison High School is usually #2 or #3 in illegal drug usage for the state of Michigan. I think the best way to illustrate the town is with an anecdote from when I used to work drive-thru at Taco Bell here:

Regular customer every Friday and Saturday night (hereafter referred to as RG): "Man, have you noticed we come every Friday and Saturday nights?"

Me: "Yes, I have."

RG: "Do you know why, man?"

Me: "It's because you're an out of towner who comes here for the parties."

RG: "Yeah man! The drugs are cheap, the girls are cheap, and... wait a minute! How do I know I don't live here in Davison?"

Me: "Simple, because if you did, you'd know we don't merely party on Friday nights. We party 7 nights a week here in Davison."
