I bought my home in "The Heights" because it is a Mid Century Modern and it was all I could afford after the divorce. It's an alright area if you don't mind a High Murder Rate, Prostitutes and Thugs everywhere. I can not wait to pay it off, sell it for a huge loss and move to S.W. Florida.
