Having lived in 10 different states during my life, I am very pleased with this area in suburban Kalamazoo, MI as a retirement home. The immediate area is rural, dotted with recreational lakes, convenient to shopping and entertainment and within two hours of major metropolitan areas (Chicago and Detroit).
