Lovely Place - 12/23/2021
Fergus falls is a beautiful, beautiful area and has some of the kindest folk you'll ever meet. It is very relaxed as well, which can be a blessing and a curse depending on whether you prefer more energetic places. The people tend to be quite conservative, which I see as a bonus. Also, it is very religous, with over 45% of the population being Lutheran Christians. Pretty much everything is affordable here, and it is simply a pleasant place to start a family, or return back to your roots. Check out the water quality before deciding - 8/14/2020
We moved to Fergus Falls August 2019. The community is your average community. Nice folks, good neighborhoods. But. The water quality is sub-par. And the city fails to address this. The water is extremely foul tasting and smelling. And they keep pumping toxic chemicals into it saying it's a requirement(?) It is not the kind of 'requirement' that needs to be enforced, they just won't admit that. The water is so bad, had we known we probably would not have purchased a home here. For now we take on the extra expense of water delivery service until we decide if this is our retirement home or are we going to pull up stakes one more time. If we leave, I am now aware of all the things to consider when choosing a place to live. Fergus is a beautiful area. It's just too bad it's tainted with the worst water I've ever dealt with. Read More

I am Lord PopSKULL of The Trans-Discordian Sect of TOOtwo BonK. We Worship/Constantly Ignore The Goddess Eris.

We are based in Fergus Falls, MN. We have three short of 50 active members. (as of the publishing of this comment.)

Given the currently available census data; We represent approximately three one-thousandths of our fair city's religious demographic.

very conservative - 11/29/2005
Although this city is a nice, beautiful place to live with many lakes and trees, it is also full of people of older age. Driving here is very frustrating. It is very hard to get through the city council (and others) because of the more conservative attitudes held throughout the community. Therefore, the city isn't living up to its full potential. It is a wonderful place to grow up as a child and to settle back down again, but if you want to experience life to its full extent, then Fergus might not be the right place for Read More
