Mendota Heights is a second ring suburb of Minnesota's capital of St. Paul, only 2 miles from the center of the city. Taxes are in the lowest 5 towns in the 9 county metro area and the economic level is in the upper 5%. Great access to both cities and just laying West of the 'ol Mississippi
