Clinton, a small city west of Jackson, Mississippi, is an excellent retirement locale -- housing options are varied and affordable, crime in Clinton is low, local schools are excellent, the city is home to Mississippi College and only a few miles from Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi.
