The Geriatric Community - 2/13/2022
This town is mostly older people and of mostly German decent, with that said ...you won't find real Italian food easily at any of the 3 grocery stores..and that leads me to the other issue, there's a mom and pop store called Price Cutter's and it's over priced,small and has a lot of rude employees....then there's Aldi's and it's actually very nice ..and last there's Walmart.. overpriced and never stocked right .. employees are either ignorant or idiots and I'm leaning towards both actually. There's no chicken or fish restaurants of either the fast food venue or elegant...but there's at least 6 different hamburger joints... there's nothing much to do in this town and maybe that's why there's a huge drug and alcohol problem here? ?? The housing is over priced and you'll spend a small fortune on car repairs and insurance since the city can't seem to get it together to fix pot holes in their streets ..SMH ..it has the potential to be a really nice town but apparently the current

The High School SUCKS - 1/28/2021
It is a good little town, and they do it up for games, homecoming, and Old Glory Days.
Now, let's talk about the schools, I will tell you this if you are not from a long line of Clintonians and you are not a Doctor or Lawyer or someone high up do not expect your kids no matter the talent to make the it far. Now let me tell you why I said this: I have had 3 kids go to Clinton schools and I have never been so disgusted by the blatant favoritism that goes on from the classrooms to the sports. Even when you bring it to the athletic director attention, and he just doesn't want to hear it deal with it, oh yeah he will lie to your face, as will the superintendent.
If you think your child will get coached by a man who treats his teenage players with respect, and that he won't lie to cover his arse and again favoritism and doesn't use the players as to their full potential, well I guess you know.
