Nestled in the White Mountains - 3/25/2008
Campton is one of the best places to live in NH if you're into outdoor recreation. It's central to the state's best ski areas, lakes, hiking, snowmobiling and beautiful vistas. I93 makes it really accessible from Boston and you can get a nice 4-acre house lot for around $70,000, with views and privacy. It's hard to find decent paying jobs because a lot of the employment is service industry-based (hotels,restaurants,retail etc.). Great quality of life
