Wean your children on sand and saltwater or purchase that dream house by the beach you have always wanted. Belmar offers many amenities to residents besides just the beach. Many fine restaurants, shops and an up and coming "RiverWalk" which is currently being planned and will feature ferry service (tourists) to Manhattan, waterfront restaurants, shops and condominiums. Close to all major highways and only an hour to an hour and a half distance to New York, Pennslyvania (Philadelphia and New Hope) and ther casinos in Atlantic
