Property Taxes - 11/19/2008
Property taxes equal 1.2% of 100% market value.
Therefore the information listed for taxes on this site is incorrect.
COL is higher.

The major employer in town are the A&P Supermarket, the library and the school system. Good paying jobs are found in the East an hour plus communte.

The school system is below par for the cost per pupil.
