Looking into building a studio apt onto a garage for family member with financial issues.
Own just shy 5 acres..........
Long story short, town more concerned with setting a precedent not in their favor if approved.
Long story short ,not a family friendly town.
What was possibly proposed was much more financially exorbitant. For us it would not be realistic...
So once again the family looses and the town gets to keep its open spaces.
