lack of Sidewalks - 2/12/2010
Warren is in the NEW York Metropolitan area and all towns that surround Warren have sidewalks. Warren does not. The lack of sidewalks makes Warren an inconvenient place to live. The downtown area is a cluster of strip Malls and stand alone office buildings with large asphalt parking lots. The appeal is negative. People cannot walk anywhere in town and even many of the roads are filed with heavy traffic, no sidewalks and little shoulder to even ride a bike.
