Hatch, NM is a vibrant and charming town with a lot to offer. From the nearby hot springs and the annual Hatch Chile Festival in August to the local wineries and natural beauty of the area, there’s plenty to explore. Many visitors enjoy taking in the scenery of nearby wildlife preserves, catching up on some local history at one of Hatch’s museums, or exploring some of the shops and restaurants in this quaint community. The reviews for this little town are quite positive as many find it to be a great destination for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway full of adventure and relaxation. When people think of New Mexico they think of a desert. Not Hatch. It is really green. It is the chile capital of the world. Not much happens here. Crime islow and everything.
