Albany, New York's State Capital, offers an excellent quality of life. Excellent institutions of learning in close proximity (RPI, Union, Russell Sage, Albany School of Pharmacy, Albany Medical Center, SUNY and many more), safe neighborhoods, cultural events, and a slower-paced living environment.
