Rich and upper middle class neighborhoods - 10/15/2010
Taxes thru the roof. Highest taxed town in the entire USA. Business frowned upon.Extremely bloated school budget with excess school administration staff. The high school is a drug addicts paradise even with the police doing all they can. You name it and you can buy it there. Also very clique oriented in the schools. No youth programs, to keep the kids out of trouble, to speak of unless you can pay for them. Close to everything, but only a one small food store in town and a few deli's.
