It is not really the city or state I guess but really the county. I live in a very nice area. For the most part quiet and near all. The school taxes are out of control. We have to leave because they just went up another 3K a year. Way too much corruption and if you don't want to pass the budget then they threaten the programs or busses never administrative costs or red tape
